Standard Free Shipping Time : 20-25 Days

Handling Time: Our standard handling time is 3-5 business days, Monday through Sunday. This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing: Orders placed before the Order Cut-off Time of 5:00 PM (GMT -05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time: Please note that transit time may vary depending on your location and any potential delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fee: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination.

Order Tracking: Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order and determine its current status. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of receiving the tracking number before requesting additional tracking information. This allows for proper synchronization between our shipping partners and tracking systems.

Canceling Orders: If you wish to cancel your order after placing it on our website, we kindly request that you contact us immediately. We will process a full refund if your order has not been prepared and shipped. To ensure timely cancellation, please reach out to us via email within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to cancel the order if it's already in the processing or shipping phase.
